There is nothing worse than having someone tell you what’s going to happen on a program or film that you’ve not yet watched. Come on, who watches programs as they air anymore, Sky Plus and Tivo are pretty popular these days right?
Which is why it’s top of our pet hate list when the Daily Mail insist on publishing weekly spoilers of what’s gone on in AMC’s Mad Men.
Not only are we a few days behind the states but the douchebags at the Mail think that by simply writing the words “Spoiler Alert” right next to the freaking spoiler that it’s OK! It’s not ok, our eyes can not unread the words directly NEXT to the spoiler alert warning – it is impossible.
It’s good that they want to save us around 22 hours of our time but when you’re actually interested in said program it’s pretty irritating. Call us old fashioned but we like to actually watch my television programs, not read about it.
